La Farga Shopping Centre
La Farga Shopping Centre in L’Hospitalet was transformed to regain its position as the centre of reference for quality and convenience in Catalonia’s second-largest city, with the highest population density in Europe.
The repositioning, appointed by Temprano Capital in 2020, integrated the latest trends, gastronomy, services and leisure to fit into this 100% urban space.
The centre was awarded the “Best Major Shopping Center Renovation” prize in 2023 by the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres.
Ànec Blau Shopping Centre
In 2019, Grupo Lar carried out a major transformation of Ànec Blau, opening it to the outdoors and integrating Castelldefels’ sunlight. Located in a prime tourist area, the centre opens 365 days a year.
Shophunters was responsible for the leasing of the food & beverage offer, considered one of the most attractive food court in the country.
Torre Sevilla Shopping Centre
In 2018, CaixaBank appointed us to advise and participate in the letting of their new centre, Torre Sevilla.
This complex, designed by César Pelli and now an iconic landmark, also includes CaixaForum and a 5-star hotel. The transformation has consolidated La Cartuja as a vibrant urban hub combining retail, leisure, tourism, gastronomy and culture.

Westfield Glòries Shopping Centre
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield commissioned us to create an innovative concept for gourmet food tasting and retail at Westfield Glòries Shopping Centre, located at the junction of Barcelona’s three most important avenues.
The result was Mercat de Glòries, inaugurated in 2014.
Additionally, we collaborated with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s letting team, introducing new brands to the centre’s retail mix.
Maremagnum Shopping Centre
Located at the Port of Barcelona, with 20,000 sqm and 80 units initially focused on leisure, the centre shifted towards retail in 2005.
Milligan entrusted us to re-letting the centre, selecting the best operators to restore its vitality and launch a new phase. This task was completed in a record time of 15 months.
Santa Caterina Market Area
In 2005, we advised Comertia on the public tender for commercial spaces around the municipal market, one of the most significant urban redevelopment projects in the city at the time.
